Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer and powdered gold or silver. It is a practice in embracing the imperfect or flawed, acceptance of change, and concepts of non-attachment.
One-of-a-kind necklace made with hand-cut malachite azurite (25 x 16.5 x 4.9mm), ombré Montana sapphires (3 1.5mm). Set in 14k gold and sterling silver with patina. Sterling silver 16-18" long flat cable chain (adjustable), lobster clasp closure (1.5mm).
