Embrace Summer with gemstones Luminus Peach Tones

Every year, I look forward to the Pantone Color Institute’s pick, and 2024’s Peach Fuzz hits especially sweet. It’s soft, warm, and quietly joyful, a color that invites ease and comfort (and pairs beautifully with gemstones I already love).

Think:

  • Morganite – romantic and glowy
  • Peach Moonstone – soft shimmer, June birthstone magic
  • Imperial Topaz – golden fire
  • Oregon Opal – milky, earthy glow
  • Padparadscha Sapphire – the rare gem I’ve hoarded for years (yes, it still hasn’t been set… patience, my precious)

You can even find Peach Fuzz tones hiding in unexpected places, like banded jaspers and agates, some of my favorite stones to cut. These earthy beauties often carry peachy veining, soft gradients, or swirls that echo the warmth and emotion of this color perfectly.

Peach Fuzz also plays well with 2024’s other palette stars, think Capri blue, Desert Flower, and Mint, making it a dream for mixed-metal and color-forward designs. It’s part of a larger trend toward intentional softness: jewelry that feels personal, warm, and handcrafted with care.

Stay tuned for new pieces that echo this vibe… maybe even that sapphire. 😏
