Known for helping emotional balance and encourages a zest for life and a youthful attitude even in old age.

Adularescence, moonestone’s glow, is caused by light scattering between microscopic layers of feldspar.  

While Moonstone can be found in shades of pink and grey, it is most popular for it’s blue sheen against a colorless background.

Moonstone can be found in Sri Lanka, New Mexico, Virginia, North Carolina, India, Madagascar, Brazil, and Myanmar.

Worn by Greeks and Romans and believed to bring luck, Hindu’s believed the stone was actually made of hardened moonbeams.

Wash in warm soapy water.
